Interesting 'double-bill' on the London underground:
and 'Britpack' artist Sarah Lucas considers a ménage à trois with Don Brown's sculpture Yoko XXV (Silver Twin) at its opening at Sadie Coles gallery. His work is quite eerie when you keep looking at it and reminds one of John Currin's painting executed with similar expertise.
And still looking for distributors is Icelandic film Country Wedding (Sveitabrúðkaup), first time directed by editor Valdís Óskarsdóttir(Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Finding Forrester) shown at last year's Times BFI London Film Festival with quietly amazing multi-camera digital wide-screen cinematography from the now Oscar-winning (Slumdog Millionaire) Anthony Dod Mantle.
